IN Conservation Officers Investigating Death of Bedford Man

Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating the death of a Bedford man in the waters of Salt Creek in Oolitic. Around 10:15 a.m. Monday morning, Indiana Conservation Officers received a call reporting a person struggling in the waters of Salt Creek behind a residence in Oolitic. At 10:58 a.m. Conservation Officers recovered the body of a 36-year-old Loyd Wilson of Bedford in about 4 feet of water. Conservation Officers are investigating why the Wilson was in the water at this particular location, and what caused him to go under the surface of the water.
