Gary D. Ducharme, 69, of Washington, IN passed away June 10, 2016 at Memorial Hospital in Jasper.
Born January 21, 1947 in Washington, he was the son of the late Jerome and Dorothy (Myers) Ducharme. Gary attended Epson, IN School, and then graduated from Elnora High School.
Gary married Mary C. (Brennan) on June 25, 1967. She preceded him in death in January of 2003. He was a life member of the Washington Moose lodge #1080. Gary worked as a barber for over fifty years in the Daviess County area. He is survived by two sons; Jeff (Rita) Ducharme and Jeremy (Dallas) Ducharme; a brother, Larry Ducharme; a sister, Susie Petty; Granddaughters Maci Schmidt, Cyi Schmidt, and Josie Ducharme; a Grandson, Luke Ducharme; a Great Grandson, Nikoli Schmidt, and several nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents, as well as his wife. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Gill Funeral Home, Washington, IN.
