Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating an ATV accident that resulted in an Otwell man being hospitalized.
Jacob Kaeck (30) of Otwell was ejected from his ATV after hitting a rut on a dirt road. He was found by other ATV riders and transported to Memorial Hospital in Jasper, IN.
Kaeck suffered a wrist injury in the accident which occurred on private property. Conservation Officers were dispatched to the hospital around 5:00 pm on Sunday June 12th 2016.
Alcohol is believed to have been a contributing factor and Indiana Conservation Officers are still investigating the accident.
No ATV safety gear was worn, which Indiana Conservation Officers strongly recommend.
