Numerous alcohol arrests from the weekend….three jailed Sunday night for possession….

-Washington Police took 26-year-old Richard :M. Grissom of Washington into custody overnight for operating while intoxicated charges.  No bond was set.

– Washington City Police investigated a report of possible drug activity on Oak Street last night.  Three people were arrested and they were; 31-year-old Michael A. Andi, 23-year-old Brittany A. Glosser and   50-year-old Penny Padgett.  All are charged with maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.  Padgett was also charged with possession of marijuana, and a syringe. Bond was set at $2500 each.

-At 3:22 on Sunday morning, employees at McDonalds reported a possible drunk driver who had come through their drive through service.  Washington Police located the motorist identified as 45-year-old Eric Smith of Sontag, Mississippi.  Upon investigation he was arrested for operating while intoxicated refusal and involving endangerment.  He was also charged with carrying a handgun without a license.  He was jailed without bond.

-Odon Police arrested Christopher W. Ruble, 28 of Washington Sunday for operating while intoxicated. Bond was posted.

-Washington Police made traffic stop at 1:43 on Sunday morning on West Main.  Joseph A. Williams, 34 of Washington was arrested for operating while intoxicated with operating while intoxicated with endangerment.

-State Police arrested 44-year-old Chris G. Mundy of Washington on Sunday for operating while intoxicated refusal, with a prior and with endangerment.  No bond was set.

-Indiana State Police arrested 59-year-old James W. Taylor of Loogootee on Saturday.  He’s charged in Daviess County with domestic battery, and battery with a minor present.  No bond was set.

-State Police conducted an investigation Saturday and arrested Austin J. Smith, 20 of Washington of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.  Bond was posted.
