More details on Wednesday night’s cocaine arrest on Oak Grove Road in Washington have been released. Authorities report it was a joint investigation between city, county and federal agencies. 24-year-old Devin Bowman and 21-year-old Elizabeth James face numerous charges after 190 grams of cocaine worth $19,000, marijuana, schedule 1 and 4, and other substances, and a .22 pistol were located at the home. Both were charged with dealing cocaine after the incident and also face possession and nuisance charges.
