Locals arrested for marijuana and paraphernalia possession over the weekend

 

-A traffic stop at 9:17 last night at State Street and Evergreen Court resulted in the arrest of 43-year-old Jereome DeCoursey of Washington.  He’s charged with possession of meth and marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.  Also in the vehicle was 28-year-old Allison M. Breeden of Odon.  She was charged with possession of meth and a schedule 4 controlled substance and with visiting a common nuisance.  Bond for both was set at $2500.

-39-year-old Michael R. Truelove of Texas was jailed for operating while intoxicated refusal on yesterday’s date.  Bond was set at $2000.

Kevin Flax of Washington was arrested on Sunday for failure to return to lawful detention.  Bond was set at $10,000.

-39-year-old Joseph Choate of Washington was jailed on Saturday on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence and for possession of paraphernalia.  No bond was set.

-49-year-old James Morning of Washington was arrested on Saturday for operating while intoxicated and operating while intoxicated with endangerment.  Bond was set at $2000.
