James Riggins has resigned from the Odon Town Council.
The Odon Journal says the resignation was submitted unexpectedly. He told the paper he became disillusioned after he says he was repeatedly excluded from discussions. He said it was clear others knew about situations and he didn’t.
The other two board members, Russel Dart and Chuck Krieg will fill the vacancy.
Riggins won last November’s municipal election in a three person race for two seats. Krieg was came in 2nd in the vote count.
