Several weather related accidents reported on Tuesday

The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department responded to an accident at about 7:20-am Tuesday at Rinks curve.  A motorist and slid off of the road and had a flat tire.  There were no injuries.

-There were no injuries and no damage in a slide off reported at Daviess County Roads 900-east and 1100-north at 7:25 yesterday morning.

– A semi slid off of the road on Highway 57 2 miles south of US 50 at 9:40-am Tuesday.  The truck blocked both of lanes of traffic for a short time.  No damage or injuries.

-There were slide offs on Highway 50 between Loogootee and Cannelburg  at 11:30-am and at the Martin County line on 50 at 11:40-am Tuesday.  No injuries in those incidents.

-At 6:30-pm, a car slid off the road on 57 north of Plainville.

-A semi and car collided at US 50 and 257 at about 6:30 last night.  The car left the scene and was believed to have sustained some rear end damage.  No injuries reported.

-At 7:45-pm a vehicle ran off the road on 231 a mile north of Farlen.
