Melinda Gail Norris, 35, of Washington, IN, passed away at 4:23 a.m. on Thursday, November 26, 2015 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.
She was born August 17, 1980 in Jasper, IN to Rex and Martha (Otto) Norris.
Melinda loved the Cincinnati Reds and Indianapolis Colts. She enjoyed listening to music. Most of all, she loved her daughter.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Bailey Jaylynn Oliver; paternal grandparents, Walter and Nylia Norris and maternal grandparents, Dan and Ruth Otto.
Melinda is survived by daughter, Callysta Renee Young; parents, Rex and Martha (Otto) Norris of Washington; brothers, Brian Norris of Montgomery and Travis Norris of Montgomery; niece, Logan Norris and nephew, Hayden Norris; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Providence Mennonite Church in Montgomery. Burial will follow in Sugarland Memory Gardens in Washington.
Visitation will be held Saturday, November 29, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Providence Mennonite Church.
