A Bicknell man was jailed for theft and criminal trespass yesterday. Washington Police arrested Hermilo Perez on the charges and he was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on $2000 bond.
22-year-old Nicholas Neidige of Washington was arrested last night for two counts of operating while intoxicated, false informing and driving while suspended with a prior. No bond was set.
29-year-old Brian Smith of Lawrenceville, Illinois was arrested by city police early today for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. He was booked into jail at 2:13-am. Bond was set at $2000.
