Two Washington women were booked into the Daviess County Security Center in the 2-am today on numerous drug charges.
Washington Police have charged 39-year-old Melinda Edwards and 35-year-old Tabitha Leake with dealing in meth. Both are also charged with , possession of meth, marijuana, paraphernalia and a syringe. Edwards also faces a charge of maintaining a common nuisance while Lake was charged with visiting a common nuisance. Each was was jailed without bond.
Also arrested overnight was 54-year-old Sandra Wininger of Washington. She’s charged with possession of meth and paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.
Nicholas Neidige, 22 of Washington was arrested yesterday on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence. Bond was set at $10,000.

Washington police arrested 35 year old Jose Lopez-Angeles of Washington Friday for two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond was set at $2000.
45-year-old Robert Baxter of Washington was jailed Friday for operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. No bond was set.

A Hawesville, Kentucky man was jailed for operating while intoxicated Friday. The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 33 year old Edward Payne who was booked into the security center on $2000.
