The Daviess County United Way Day of Caring is Tuesday in Washington and Odon. It’s the 20th anniversary of the event.
Chairman of this year’s United Way Campaign, Pete Parsons says the Day of Caring is made possible by a grant from the Daviess County Community Foundation and the businesses that allow their employees to help.
He says 460 volunteers will complete 79 projects for non profit agencies supported in part by United Way.
Things start at 7:30am at the Washington Community Building and at 8:30am at the 1st National Bank in Odon.
