The sights and sounds of World War Two will come alive this weekend at the Indiana Military Museum in Vincennes.

Museum Director Jim Osborne says the 8th annual event will include battle reenactments and displays of various tanks, planes and weapons used in combat from that era.

In addition to the battle reenactments each day, Osborne says there will also be a military flyover featuring aircraft from that era.

There will also be food and drinks available for sale. Osborne says all of the outdoor activities at the Military Museum are free. There is a two-dollar fee for parking.

The living history event runs from 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday and 9-to-4 on Sunday.

Admission to the military museum is five dollars for adults, 4 dollars for seniors and 3-dollars for kids ages 6-18.
