Another complaint about Ritz’s campaign fundraising

Glenda Ritz’s campaign for governor is facing another formal complaint. A Boone County man filed the complaint with the Indiana Election Commission, asking for an investigation into Ritz’s campaign fundraising. The question– did the campaign take donations while the legislature was in session? Ritz blamed the problem on what she called a clerical error. The campaign did re-submit its fundraising report, refunded $900 and said it was looking for a new treasurer. This newest official complaint allows the state to take a deeper look at the campaign’s report.
