Crime Blotter: Drug and child molesting arrests reported……..

 

The Odon Police Department conducted an investigation on Friday where a Crane man was jailed for domestic battery in the presence of a child.  29-year-old John Willoughby also faces a charge of intimidation.  Bond was set at $2500 at the Daviess County Security Center.


 

Indiana State Police report they arrested 21-year-old Tiffany Ervin of Washington.  She faces charges of possession fo ashcedule 4 controlled substance, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.  Bond was set at $2000 and she posted bond.


 

A Dubois County man was arrested in Daviess County on a warrant for 4 counts of child molesting.  29-year-old Kyle Sickbert  of Birdseye was booked into the security center on a half million dollars bond and was released after posting bail.


 

A Washington man was cited for leaving the scene of an accident and having no driver’s license on Friday.  Two vehicles crash just after 7-am at Maysville Road and Plaza Drive and the driver of a pickup, Guadalupe Fuentes III fled in the truck. He was later located and cited.


A Washington man wanted on a warrant was arrested in Vincennes and his passenger was jailed for possession.    At 8:51-pm Friday, police saw 30-year -old Raymond A. Fannelly of Washington in the 2400 block of North 6th in Vincennes in a blue pickup.  The officer knew he was wanted in Knox County for invasion of privacy.     In the course of the traffic stop, a K9 was called in.  A passenger, 23-year-old Zachary Simmons of Vincennes, was found to be in possession of suspected meth.  Simmons was jailed on meth possession charges and was being held in the Knox County Jail on a $5000 bond.  Flannelly was being held on a $4000 on the warrant.
