Mary Margaret Bradley, 91, of Washington, passed away Thursday at 9:20 a.m. at Emerald Place.

She was born March 25, 1924, to Frederick and Mary Ellen (Mahan) Zinkan in Montgomery.

She graduated from St. Vincent’s School of Nursing. She was a nurse at Daviess Community Hospital for 35 years. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, baking and her roses.

Mary Margaret was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Elaine (Barry) Phemister of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Belinda (Mike) Loureiro of Westfield and Amy Phemister of Indianapolis; great-grandchildren, Haley Loureiro, AJ Loureiro, and Elizabeth Loureiro, all of Westfield.

Preceding Mary Margaret in death was her husband of nearly 68 years, John Bradley, who passed away Sept. 12, 2014; her parents and brother, Austin Zinkan.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church, with Rev. James Koressel as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery.

Visitation will be Monday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the church.
