City Police were called to Vine Street where there had been a reported confrontation between two men. Upon investigation, 26-year-old Max S. Rayhill of Washington was arrested for battery and jailed without bond.

Early Sunday morning, police were called to East National Highway in front of the old K-Mart building where witnesses said an allegedly intoxicated man was doing donuts in the parking lot. Arrested in the incident was 35-year-old Aaron D. Mullen of Washington charged with operating while intoxicated with greater than .15 percent and with endangerment. He bonded out of the security center.

Washington Police arrested 37-year-old Rachel Wilhite of Washington on Sunday for operating while intoxicated refusal and with endangerment. She’s also charged with possession of a legend drug. She posted bond.
A Knox County man was arrested Saturday in Washington on a warrant for failure to appear on a conversion charge. 19-year-old Zane T. Gardner of Edwardsport was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on a $2000 bond.
