The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department served a warrant on Thursday and arrested 43-year-old Charles Hayes on numerous charges. He was being held at the security center on a $75,000 bond for possession of a syringe, a controlled substance and paraphernalia. He was also charged with maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.
Washington Police arrested a local man for possession of marijuana on Thursday. 46-year-old Sanjuan G. Gonzales was being held without bond.

46-year-old Anthony Brown was in jail on a $2000 bond for public intoxication, disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement. That arrest made by city police.
After midnight, 53-year-old Mark May of Washington was arrested for two counts of operating while intoxicated. Bond was set at $2000.

30-year-old Raymond Flannelly of Washington was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear early this morning. No bond was set.
