A 22 year old Washington man, already facing two child molesting charges, was arrested last weekend on new charges.
Last Friday, Robert Bustos, of Washington was arrested on charges of sexual misconduct with a minor. The probable cause affidavit says that a 15 year old female met with Washington Police on April 25, and she told the officers she had sex with Bustos and that he was 22. The affidavit also says that Bustos admitted he had sex with the girl between March 1 and March 31 of this year.
According to a report in the Washington Times Herald, in 2013, Bustos, who was then 20 years old, was arrested and accused of having sexual relations with a 12 year old girl on two separate occasions in August of 2012. Bustos is scheduled to stand trial on those charges on July 9.
