The search continued Friday for 55-year-old Lianne Wiscaver of Washington.

Conservation officers said that on Thursday she’s believed to have been seen on the 257 Bridge at the Daviess/Pike County line about 5:15-pm.  A concerned motorist turned around to check on her after seeing her and she was gone.  Her car was found parked on the south side of the bridge.  She’s not been seen or heard from since Thursday afternoon.

A search began Thursday night in the East Fork White River and was suspended at night.  Friday the search resumed with dragging equipment with side scan and sonar images. Divers were on standby. Nothing was found.  Conservation officers say they will continue searching in the days ahead and will release more information when it becomes available.
