Angie Wagler has been named Daviess Community Hospital’s 2015 Nurse of the year.
In making the announcement, Jennifer Huston, Vice President of Nursing said Wagler demonstrates a willing attitude by being the department’s “go to” person.
Huston also said Wagler provides exceptional care to her patients, but is still willing to learn new things that are ever- changing in the medical field, to improve DCH’s best practices, while continuing to teach those new learning experiences to her coworkers.
Wagler was also described as being driven to advocate for her patients for their best interest and well-being at all times.
