Tai Blythe is one of 49 Exceptional Leaders

Associate Director Pace Community Action Agency, Tai Blythe has been selected as one of 49 Exceptional Leaders nationwide in early childhood education.  Exchange magazine’s May/June 2015 issue features those who received the honor.

Blythe has worked at Pace for 9 years with a focus on the Head Start and Early Head Start program.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership Development from St. Mary-of-the-Woods.  Throughout that time she has helped lead the team through several perfect federal reviews and has provided training to early childhood providers throughout the nation.

Pace currently provides Head Start and Early Head Start services to 457 children throughout Knox, Daviess, Greene and Sullivan Counties.
