-23 year-old Dustin Surber of Vincennes was arrested Friday by Sheriff’s Deputies on a
charge of Theft. He posted a $2,500 bond.
-45 year-old Patrick Verdin of Washington was arrested by City Police Saturday for
Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Refusal and 2 Counts of OVWI involving
endangerment. Bond was set at $5,000.
-22 year-old Heather Jennings of Washington was arrested Saturday by City Police and
charged with Theft. Bond was set at $2,500
-27 year-old Nicholas D. Evans of Washington arrested Saturday by City Police and
faces five charges including Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated greater than .15,
OVWI with a Controlled Substance, Endangering a person, possession of schedule 2
and schedule 4 Controlled substances. He posted a $2,000 bond and was released.
-41 year-old Cedric D. Merritt of Linton was arrested Sunday by City Police and faces
five charges including Resisting Law Enforcement, Operating a Vehicle While
Intoxicated greater than .15, and Operating with a controlled substance, endangering a
person, and possession of a Schedule 2 and Schedule 4 controlled substance. He was
released after posting a $2,500 bond.
-25 y ear-old Kevin Michel of Washington was arrested Sunday by City Police for
Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated greater than .15 and Operating with a Controlled
Substance and endangering a person. No Bond was set and he remains in the security
center.
-24 year-old Jeffry A. St. Germain of Washington was arrested Sunday by Sheriff
Deputies for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated greater than .15. He was released
after posting a $2,500 bond.
-53 year-old Timothy J. Griffith of Washington was arrested Sunday by City Police for
Failure to Appear. He is being held on a $2,500 bond.
