Everyone is invited to Safe Day at the Park, tonight night from 5 to 7 at East Side Park in Washington.
Autumn Rhodes is a Family Case Manager with the Department of Child Services. She says the the event is meant to bring awareness to child abuse. April is Child Abuse Awareness Month.
There’ll be kids games and prizes, raffles, and drawings. The fire department will have a truck on display. It’s all free to the public again it’s 5 to 7 tonight.
