Spring tax payments are due on May 11th.
Daviess County Treasurer Elaine Wellman reminds property owners that the treasurer’s office is open Monday through Friday from 8 to 4 and will be open Saturday May 9th from 8 to 12. Be sure and bring your tax statement with you when paying in person.
You can also pay online by going to gov-tech-tax-pro-dot com, or by calling 844-678-1656.
Payments postmarked or made in person after May 11th will automatically incur a penalty. Partial payments can be made at any time. Taxpayers are urged to mail early because some mail deposited late on May 11th might not be postmarked until the next day.
