Daviess County arrest reports……

One drug related and several warrant arrests took place on Monday.

 

Indiana State Police arrested a rural Loogootee resident on charges of operating while intoxicated with a prior, possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia.

At 1:08pm on Monday, a state trooper saw a car speeding on Daviess County Road 900-East.  After making a stop and speaking to the driver, 29-year-old Nathan M. Williams, trooper Jarrod Lents had probable cause to believe Williams was allegedly intoxicated.  Further investigation revealed the meth and paraphernalia.

He was arrested without incident and was jailed in Daviess County on $7000 bond.

The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 46-year-old James Warne of Montgomery on Monday.  He was wanted for theft.  He posted bond and was released.

20-year-old Taylor Wetter of Washington was arrested on warrants by city police Monday for maintaining a common nuisance, and possession of paraphernalia and posted bond.

40-year-old Jason Crew of Washington was arrested on a warrant Monday for oeprating a vehicle while intoxicated and neglect of a dependent.  Bodn was set at $7000.
