A Bicknell man is facing ten charges all in relation to sex crimes against a minor. WTHI Channel 10 reports that James Burden, 38 of Bicknell was arrested March 24. Court records show Burden appeared for his first court hearing Friday. The TV station says one of the man’s counts include that the victim was mentally disabled.
According to court documents, the 10 counts ranged in dates from 2004 through 2011Child Molesting-intercourse or deviate sex with victim less than 14.
