City Police arrested 3 people after an overnight investigation.
22-year-old Mathew Babrick of Washington was charged with dealing and possession of marijuana/hashish and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond was set at $6000. 21-year-old Jackellyn McGovern of Washington was facing possession of marijuana/hashish and was jailed without bond. 25-year-old Eryk Derifield of Washington was arrested for operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana/hashish, maintaining a common nuisance and 2 counts of of OVWI with endangerment. Bond was set at 14,500.
In other arrests
A Vincennes man was jailed in Washington on a warrant Thursday. 43-year-old Paul Morris was taken to the security center on a $2500 bond. Morris did post bond.–
27-year-old Allyson Fulcher Joyce of Washington was picked up on a writ of attachment on Thursday. She bonded out of the security center.–
State police arrested 28-year-old Christopher Henson of Grand Ledge, Missouri for possession of marijuana and operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance. Bond was set at $4000.
