Minor accidents, a man looking in a window and a fire highlight the weekend police logs……

 

A few slide offs over the weekend.  No injuries in the incidents that took place on Saturday on State Road 57 north of County Road 500, Old US 50 , 50 and 450-east and 1.5 miles south of 50 on State road 57.

     There was a report of a man looking into a window at a home on West Walnut.  Police were called and informed that an 8 year old saw a man described as black and wearing black clothes looking in his window.  The report was made at about 8:30 Sunday night.  Police reports say there were footprints outside the window.  No one was located and extra patrol was requested.

     Washington firefighters were on the scene of a residential fire Saturday morning.  The call camed in at 9:04 and firefighters were sent to 1008 Downey Avenue.  No one was injured as no one was inside. Firemen were on the scene for around 4 hours.
