The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department reports they arrested 30-year-old Ashley Harris of Shoals on Friday. She was wanted on a warrant for a petition to revoke home detention for theft. Bond was set at $250,000

35-year-old James Hubbard was arrested by city police Friday for failure to appear for unlawful possession of a syringe, possession of meth and paraphernalia and a hyperdermic needle. The charges stem from a warrant. No bond was set.

Daviess County Deputies arrested 64-year-old Charles Pinnick of Montgomery on an out of county warrant Friday. There was no bond.

29-year-old Craig Dant of Washington was booked into the security center on Friday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated refusal, and possession of a schedule 4 controlled substance.

30-year-old Daniel Callahan of Plainville was arrested early this morning for possession of a legend drug, resisting law enforcement, operating a vehicle while intoxicate refusal and two counts of operating while intoxicated with endangerment. He was jailed without bond.
